It's been over a year since I first gave a testimonial to Sahara-CI but today I am compelled to write another one. I have continued to use the services of this now expanding business and have never failed to be impressed by how they go out of their way to be helpful. Today I was due to pick up a laptop that they had sent back to the manufacturers for repair. They kindly offered to re-install it back to its factory settings and when I emailed to say I wouldn't be able to find the time to go and pick it up until tomorrow, they arrived at my office 20 minutes later and delivered it personally. Now there's service!

I recently purchased an All in One PC from Jamiel at Sahara and received fantastic customer service. His small shop on the Bridge had only been open three weeks and he had a good selection of laptops and desktop PCs. I found him approachable, honest, helpful, friendly and down to earth.

He did not speak computer jargon to me and was in contact with me throughout my consideration stage. He did not do the typical sales pitch either and just spoke to me honestly like a friend would about my choices. He even offered to order something in if he could locate a supplier for me if it wasn't in stock.

I purchased the PC on a Thursday evening and it was set up in my home the very next morning. Jamiel made sure I had everything set up that I needed and made himself available if I had any queries going forward.
