My family is the most important aspect of my life, and yes that includes our very hairy four legged friend Teddy, a golden retriever, the newest addition although our baby is now the size of a small horse! And there I was the kids were both down with the dreaded lurgy and no help in site, poor Teddy was stuck indoors with us and boy he was climbing the walls! So I called Private Pet Care services and I must have sounded like a nightmare on the phone but Charleen answered and simply took all the pressure off me in her special way. Just talking to her made me feel better and when she came I knew Teddy was in good hands, and when he returned, well he went into the living room and zonked out by the fire! He must have been asleep for at least half the afternoon. Charleen thank you, thank you thank you! We will definitely be using your valued service again and again. In fact he is due for a sleepover at yours very soon........nothing but a 5 star all round.

During my holiday for 10 days, I made arrangements for Charleen from Private Pet Care to look after my elderly cat who likes lots of attention. I was very satisfied with the care my cat Misty received while I was away and I could enjoy my holiday knowing that Misty was in good hands. I am happy to recommend Private Pet Care and will use Charleen again when the need arises.

Having used Private Pet Care to look after our new puppy we were delighted with the professional arrangements and facilities that were available but most importantly the experienced and caring attitude of Charleen towards the animals she cares for. We have lodged our colliexspinger with Charleen a few times now and he and we could not be happier. He loves her dogs Hugo and Holly - who couldn't be more different as they are tiny Maltese - but they are so friendly and welcoming. Charleen herself has a real empathy with animals and her husband is very sympathetic with her vocation to look after anything with four legs! They have a beautiful home and garden, surrounded by many long lane walks, not too far from a beach for lots of play. I would highly recommend Charleen, she loves animals, and if she could have kept my doggy an extra day or two for free, she would!! (not to mention forever!) We still meet up for the occasional walk between sleepovers, which I think is a tribute to Charleen and her dedication to building up a relationship with both the owner and the dog.
