I had to leave my old job as I was having a baby. I contacted The Temp Desk @ OSA to see if they could offer me some temp work. Lucy was great and was able to get me work up until I had my baby and I returned to the same position when my baby was 8 weeks old. I was then offered a permanent position! I was introduced to OSA by a friend six years ago. I found the staff to be of a friendly and helpful nature. At the time the agency placed me in a temping position where I remain to this day. The points scheme in place is a great idea and rewards temps for every hour worked. I thoroughly enjoy spending the vouchers earned. I would not hesitate to recommend the agency.
OSA are a great recruitment agency I have used them many times in Guernsey. Their consultants are good listeners and understand what you require. OSA have been very helpful and proactive when it comes to looking for work. They also have very nice treats at Easter/Christmas etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending friends to OSA.

I have used OSA recruitment on two occasions, once in 2007 and recently in November 2011. They have at both times been successful in placing me in employment which has suited and benefited me.Recently, I have met with both Sophie Gregson and Alice Digard. They are both very approachable and professional. I have received all relevant details for possible positions promptly and they have given me very good tips and advice for interview techniques. I am currently employed by OSA’s Temp Desk who were successful in procuring my first temping role. Alice was very helpful and followed up after my first day with an email to check that I was happy and that the new position was suitable.The Company was recommended to me by a friend over four years ago. I can recommend them as an excellent recruitment agency for both temporary and permanent positions of employment.
Upon returning to the island after a period of travelling i found that the job market in Guernsey had become somewhat more comptitive and good positions weren't as easy to come by as they once were. OSA proved to be an excellent choice in establishing contacts with local employers. I was assigned a consultant, Lucy, who proved to be as helpful and efficient as she is friendly. I was quickly put in touch with a number of employers and obtained an excellent temporary contract within weeks. The contract has since been extended to a permanent one, which i am very happy with. OSA, and Lucy at the TempDesk have also been helpful and supportive throughout the term of my contract, and i have not felt that they have seen their job complete as soon as the contract was signed. I would undoubtedly use them in the future, and recommend their services to others.

From the outset OSA were professional, friendly and above all patient. It was clear that Belinda understood exactly what I was looking for in a new role and was happy to wait for appropriate specs to come in without bombarding me with any and all vacancies on the island. I was very pleased with OSA, and particularly with Belinda. Just moved to Guernsey, I was going back to office work after a few years of teaching, so my experience was a bit 'rusty', and I was after a job with reduced hours, due to family commitments. All the other agencies I signed up with were not very encouraging at all, but Belinda managed to get one of her clients to almost create a vacancy around my needs.
