They will explain every step of the process for buying a house which is precisely what you need when you are new to buying a property. When you have made an offer on a house, you simply return for a follow up meeting to discuss what the next course of action is and to review the different mortgages on offer with an unbiased view on the options. After completing some forms, Oracle Finance will sort the mortgage out for you, the survey appointment, the lawyer and various insurances that you will need taking a big weight off your shoulders. What we found to be most impressive was their fantastic customer service that helped support us through our difficult house sale. We would recommend Oracle Finance to all our friends.

I had been recommended by a friend to use Oracle Finance to sort out a mortgage. It was my first time buying a house by myself and the thought of what would be entailed is quite overwhelming!! I went to their offices and spoke to Conor who went through everything with me – which mortgage to go for, the advocates, life assurance, Insurance and along the way even needed an Electrician before the mortgage could be processed and Conor had recommendations for one to use, it really is a one stop shop!!. The juggling of everything that is needed and timing of it all is quite enormous to say the least.
