The checks can include a management accounting review process, cash management and forecast review as well as divisional reviews. We can also carry out staff package reviews to determine whether packages; including holiday, pay, bonuses, etc, are adequate and acceptable in today's economic climate.
If necessary we can also implement bespoke and specialised reviews, for example, reviewing choice of business finance for acquisition purchases or fraud investigations.
