너무나 편하고 아름다운 전망을 가진 곳. 조식이 너무 맛있다. 오랫동안 머물고 싶은 최고의 호텔이다.

Sunday lunch was truly excellent. A buffet with very good choices of starter, mains and desserts. My lentil and coconut soup was one of the best soups I have ever tasted.
Afternoon tea was similarly an experience to be savoured.Good food, excellent service, and super value.

Strange that being a local I had never stayed here before. From the moment you walk into the front door you feel at ease, lovely room, tea and coffee making facilities, tv and Wifi that is very fast and all over the hotel. Breakfast-good tradition full breakfast or any version of, poached eggs very good, as much toast as you want to cook and in tranquil setting, all before the rush of the day. All roads/lanes go downhill to Town. And probably the best value for money in Town. Excellent.

As a user of a long electric wheelchair and assistance dog, we booked our Tennerfest meal. We had already viewed a menu which gave us some mouth watering choices. We had told them about the time of arrival and the difficulties we may have brought with us but there was no hesitation right from the first email. It was lovely to receive a quick one on return from Robert Steen. I followed up with a phone call and as there was only a Voicemail I left a message. Within 30 minutes the Restaurant rang back.
Ready to eat. We arrived and found a disabled parking space right next to the arches where we had been told to come in. This is in the extra parking area. So I was glad someone was helping me find it who knew the area.
On arrival we were shown straight to our table. My assistance dog nestled quietly under the table and was offered a bowl of water. My wheelchair is able to get into a manoeuvrable position so i fit under the edge of the table. There is quite an ledge to the edge of the table, so this could prove a problem for higher level wheelchairs
The menu for Tennerfest is mouth watering. And I chose the sticky glazed BBQ Baby Back ribs, and my companion had the homemade soup of Spinach and Leek. Both highly recommended.
Our next course. We both chose the same - Fillet of Scottish Salmon with teriyaki infusion, seasonable vegetables and potato cakes. The portion of Salmon is large and moist and really tasty. Vegetables - al dente - just perfect.
Now the test did we have room for a 3rd course. Yes! And we delighted to say that the Apple Strudel and custard (rum-spiked) is not to be missed.
Prior to our meal we were offered drinks and my Companion had a Guinness and I had a soda water as Iwas the driver (electric wheelchair and car).
Coffees were offered but declined.
The Staff are very friendly, attentive and efficient.
Such a wonderful evening. Fully recommended 3 courses £15

We discovered this cafe, attached to the Cotils Christian Centre, almost by chance. A great place to sit outside, have a home cooked lunch and enjoy the view.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, the room I had was a little small, but it was super clean. En-suite, tv, desk and a comfy bed. The breakfast was great, it's a help yourself buffet style. And the views over St Peter Port bay were beautiful. Would stay again.

We have been here before a year ago and popped back in for a quick bite.
Although busy ( it was the last time we came ) we were quickly seated and served.
I had king prawns, chips and salad and my wife had chips ham and egg with a small pot of tea and two latte coffees for me came to just under £23.
A bargain in my opinion. Would go again.

Stayed here while doing some work on the island. It's still a Christian retreat as well as a hotel and has a certain charm lacking in many large hotels.
It's a short walk from the centre but it's all uphill so a taxi may be best with heavy luggage. It probably rates as a 3 star hotel but has a quiet location and a lovely view over to the channel: perfect if you want peace and quiet.
The facilities are quite standard, no gym or pool but there are lovely quiet rooms to get away from it all.The staff are very friendly and quick to help with any problems.
Just don't take the single rooms. Mine was very small and had an equally tight shower room. The bed was like sleeping in a hammock the mattress was so worn! That aside I chilled out here and had a great run round the local area in the eve.

I did quite a lot of research before selecting this hotel as my base for working on Guernsey and I am not disappointed. The hotel is in a beautiful location and spotlessly clean through out (with a lot of it newly refurbished). The staff have been incredibly helpful from the outset ( even paying my taxi bill when I discovered I had no cash 😬on arrival). Every day I have witnessed staff going out of their way to give guests a better experience. There is a reasonable selection for breakfast with all hot food made to order and the restaurant in the evening has been good too. Although currently using the hotel for business I have been so impressed I plan to take my family there very soon. It is next door to a leisure centre with a pool, tennis courts, and skate board park and there are plenty of football nets near by to. That said without peaking over a wall you would never guess as the hotel grounds are so tranquil with fabulous views! I don't think the hotel website quite reflects how lovely it is!

My husband and I have just had a lovely 5 day break staying in les Cotils. The staff were so helpful and friendly - one couldn't have wished for better holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Food was great and we had a lovely room overlooking the Bay and watched the Queen Mary dock at night - a magical sight. I have recommended to friends in Uk for a very relaxing break and good company. Will return in New Year. Thanks to all staff for their help.

We stayed here as on the website it looked great and stated that all rooms had recently been refurbished. Well if they had they must of forgot ours and put us in the worst room available. It was very, very small you could not swing a cat in it, dark and dingy, paper peeling off the walls and black marks on the ceiling. It had no outlook so not the garden or lovely sea views just a brick wall. On the plus side the restaurant evening meal was lovely, staff very pleasant and it is very easy to get into town just very steep to get back up. So make sure you are fit.

I saw a friend's photograph of the plate of cakes served by Les Cotils for afternoon tea and just knew I had to visit. It seemed a great opportunity for a team building afternoon for Town Church bellringers so a group of us plus one members 18 month old daughter arrived at Les Cotils on a sunny afternoon.
Les Cotils is a perfect location with views over the harbour and other islands and has tensile gardens. One of the 2916 Chelsea gardens was shipped to Guernsey and is being assembled in the grounds. But we were more interested in our afternoon tea. We began with a good selection of finger sandwiches and as a vegetarian they made sure there were plenty for me as well. Pots of tea and coffe constantly being topped up throughout the meal.
A high chair was provided for baby and they were more than happy that dad had brought his own food for baby. She happily crunched away at her strawberries and water melon and then wanted to toddle around which the manager was delighted with. Then scones, jam and loads of Guernsey cream and the star of the show... a huge plate of cakes that looked exactly like the photograph I'd seen.
We were there for ages and the tea and coffee was topped up as much as we liked. We eventually decided we'd have to pay and wondered how much this would cost. I hadn't bothered to ask but expected to pay around £18 as most places in Guernsey seem to charge for afternoon tea. No chance. £11.50. Amazing value!
I think we'll need to team build again very soon

We chose Les Cotils for our daughter's wedding reception on 23.7.16 and they surpassed all our expectations. The food was exceptional both in quality and quantity. All our guests said how wonderful the food was. The service also could not be faulted and Robert and all the staff contributed so much to the wonderful memories that we shall now have forever.

We had four 3 course evening meals here with drinks. The menus had a good choice of dishes and everything looked really appetising on delivery to our tables. We were not disappointed when we started to eat- everything cooked well and bursting with flavour. A very good chef combined with excellent friendly service from Robert Steen deputy manager. Coffee shop was also very good and appreciated our scones sandwiches, teacakes, coffee etc. Certainly highly recommend.

Went for dinner and had 2 courses for £13.95 . Started with a main which was a aubergine lasagne, there was only one veggie option, this came with a dish of vegetables. It was very tasty and was served fairly promptly. I followed with a cheese board which really hit the spot. I thought it was great value for the price, you wouldn't normally get a cheese board option at that price. The view across the bay was to die for and the friendly service was much appreciated. I would definitely visit again.

A Saturday evening meal X 4 covers
Had a salmon starter which was very tasteful, the others had melon figs and feta cheese, followed by a steak and chips, two lamb cutlets and a chicken dish, all very tasty, the sweets are all purchased in and whilst nice a little uneventful, all cake based. This is a place with good basic food and a nice big room but lacks something, could make better use of the super views, and the room is painted white which makes it just a little cold. Having said that it still is a good meal.

I spent 5 days, and only have great reviews. The setting is beautiful and the staff was very attentive, but the highlight was the food. Every meal was perfect and so good!

We (family of 16) had Boxing Day lunch here and the food and service were both excellent. The staff were very attentive and the head waiter was brilliant with both the adults and children. It is rare to find a waiter of his calibre in Guernsey. He was outstanding and genuinely entertaining.
I was a little bit sceptical about the Les Cotils at first but would have no hesitation recommending them, based on the quality of food and the service we received.

I had the unexpected pleasure of three evening meals here during a recent stay. On the first evening, I was a guest at a Church reception here, at which wine and first class finger food was served. On the three following evenings I enjoyed superb dinners, including probably the best roast beef dinner I have eaten in years! The restaurant is very pleasant - the chefs are fantastic, the food first class, and the staff friendly and attentive. The prices are incredibly reasonable, too. As others have said, don't be put off by the "Christian" label. This is a great restaurant in a very comfortable hotel. My grateful thanks to all the staff. Robert Steen runs a first class operation. I will be back.

I recently moved to Guernsey. I came to Les Cotils for a conference. I would just like to point out that Robert Steen has provided us with amazing service throughout the day. It has definitely made me want to come here for leisure. It was a great discovery! Thank you ever so much!

Les Cotils is a great place to visit if you know the area as it can be difficult to find, tucked away beside Cambridge Park.
We have visited the Coffee Shop and Bistro in the conservatory several times whilst on holiday over the years. The specials board always offers deliciously tempting food and so it was this time. The ordinarly menu offers food to tempt most appetites, from light bites to a yummy ham, eggs and chips.
Unfortunately, our last visit was not as good as previous ones.
The waitress could not understand our Lancashire accents, although she was very pleasant and finally wrote everything down. The food was freshly cooked and piping hot.
After clearing away our main meal plates and hot drinks, we waited for our desserts, as we had ordered from the 2 course specials menu. When our desserts did not appear after some time, we asked a different waitress, who apologised, then returned to ask for our order again. My husband chose an ice cream dessert from the specials board and found several pieces of plastic in it. The second waitress thought it was ice then took it away to investigate. She discovered it was plastic from the ice cream container and apologised. My husband was offered an alternative dessert, which he of course refused, and we were told that we would not be charged for the dessert. It would have been more acceptable to have removed both his courses from the bill. My gache pudding was nice although heavy and a little stodgy after being microwaved. It came with an abundance of delicious, whipped Guernsey cream though!
We have had quite a number of delicious meals at Les Cotils, which has fabulous views over the harbours and the other islands, offers plenty of car parking and disabled access, as well as outside seating. Although this visit was very disappointing, we would definitely eat there again and do recommend it.
