Golf Course
La Grande Mare Hotel's golf course is a delightful Hawtree-designed parkland 18 hole course and prides itself on having a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Members and non-members can enjoy the luscious green course and the club holds several open competitions and regular member events during the year. The club caters regularly for corporate hospitality and has an expert team available to make your events a success.
Practice areas, a covered driving range and teaching area are provided and onsite expert golf tuition, sports training and coaching from beginner to professional level are available from Guernsey Golf School.
Health Club
The gym features some of the best equipment available and the adjacent wet room boasts a 40' indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath. The spacious changing rooms alongside the Health Club provide showers, toilets, lockers and towels.
Following a visit to the Health Club you can relax in the informal surroundings of the members' lounge, 'The Club'. The Health Club offer personal training programmes and hold regular fitness boot camps. The Hotel also has an outdoor tennis court.

We love this place! Have been visiting LGM for last 5 years. The food is exceptionally good and the staffvery welcoming!
Been going to Guernsey for 20+ years as a family. We have stayed the last 7 years at La Grande Mare Hotel and every year since then it has improved in every aspect. Today it is modern, big clean rooms, all recently renovated. The food is also very good. The whole hotel feels homely with friendly staff. That is why this year when we left we booked for next year.
Very good accommodation, good varied food, very attentive staff and looks like a good golf course, pity I don't play.
Lovely views and a beautiful room with a lovely four poster bed. Very comfortable and a brand new bathroom and walk in shower. Highly recommended.
