I recently bought bikes for the family at Ian Browns Cycle Shop. Ian's passion and professionalism has clearly passed on to his staff who made the process easy. Polite and attentive they quickly understood what kind of cycle riding we wanted to enjoy and came up with the right bikes. Their service and repairs department need to be commended too... helpful, quick with nothing too much trouble. Faultless.

My wife bought her bicycle from Ian Brown's Cycle Shop and she was given undivided attention from the minute she walked in the shop. She was left alone to deliberate so not hounded by the staff which was nice. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have just got my bike back from Ian Browns. It had been a little bit neglected by me, but the staff there have done a repair on it and it feels like a brand new bike. Without going into specifics, the way you are treated as a customer is really good; I felt like they did that extra bit, so you know that they care. I switched my computer on to send them an e-mail to thank them but I found this site first. The next bike I buy will be from Ian Browns.

Last year I popped in to Ian Brown's Cycle Shop to have a look around their stock. My bike at the time had been playing up and was really not efficient enough for me. I came out of the shop thirty minutes later with a new bike having had excellent attention and even a test ride around their car park. I cycle home with a big smile on my face and have enjoyed cycling ever since.
