CISA was established by Susie Andrade, chairwoman of the Guernsey branch of the Chartered Management Institute. With more than 10 years' experience in HR and Learning & Development, Susie has a wide range of strategic, tactical and operational experience which has enabled her to develop and implement a range of educational accredited and non-accredited training and development programmes to deliver positive results in organisations.
