I hadn't visited the showroom in a while and went this weekend as they have some promotions on. I thought taking my toddler would be difficult but they were lovely with her and let her play with the shower display and gave her a goodie bag on leaving. I had a voucher left over from my wedding over ten years ago with no expiry date on it. I didn't think they were going to accept it but they did and were very kind about it. No quibbles. They were attentive but not over attentive which made for a pleasant shop. I didn't realise they stocked some brands they had which surprised me. I will definitely consider going there again and not worry about taking my toddler with me. Thanks.

We just wanted to say how impressed we have been in our recent dealings with Sophie. She is knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to CIC. Thanks also to John. We already have a lovely CIC bathroom for ourselves but were pleasantly surprised to find an attractive good quality range at lower price level suitable for a rarely used guest bathroom. Having shopped around locally we are pleased to say that it compares extremely favorably to products from other local suppliers in terms of appearance, quality, and value.
