I have only praise for Best Friends. Their friendly and professional service is outstanding and I was really impressed when I picked up a happy Poppy (my long-haired dog) who looked beautifully groomed and chipped.

It would be easy for me to say how fabulous Best Friends is - but the real measure of the quality of care is how my JRT, Jessie, behaves every time she is dropped off and collected from Best Friends. It is clear that she loves her stays with Jane and Terry. They are wonderful with dogs and all the dogs that greet us when we visit are happy and well balanced. A fabulous service for me and Jessie.

Professional yet friendly service! I have never used a cat sitter before, and was unsure if it was a good idea or not, especially as my cat is so timid.
However Best Friends took great care of the cat (who was very happy to be able to stay in her home), fed my fish, and even got the bins sorted. Excellent service, I will use them again!

Jane and Terry offer a fantastic service. They are caring, professional and flexible. My dog loves going there and seems to regard it as his second home. He always comes home (reluctantly!) tired and happy. I don't have to worry about him when he's with them, I know he's having a great time!

I have used Best Friends for the past 3 months, I never believed I would trust anyone with my spoilt very old labrador, but Terry and Jane are superb, they certainly know all about animals, and on meeting them you are immediately reassured that they are going to do the best for your pet. I have been using Best Friendsʼ dog walking service since we got our little puppy last Christmas and I have been so delighted with the service - I feel I can completely trust Holly with their walkers - in fact, Danny loves her so much he walks her longer and more often then heʼs meant to, which is fantastic. Because I am at work most of the day, I can feel reassured that my dog is getting regular exercise and lots of love and attention from people who really care. Stuart, who runs the company, has been an invaluable source of advice and knowledge and has helped us become responsible pet owners. I canʼt recommend them highly enough. Very reasonably priced too!

i use best friends pet care on a regular basis and the level of service is excellent. iʼve been home for my dogs (lou) return a few times and he hasnt wanted to get out of the van. its obvious that the way Mr. Milton and his pet carers run the business makes it highly enjoyable for all of the animals. i left lou in Mr. Miltons care whilst i went on holiday for two weeks last month. this was the first time i used this service of theres and it was brilliant. Mr. Milton allowed me in to his home to show me around where lou would be staying. Best Friends took him in and treated him like their own. sleeping on the end of the bed and lounging with his family in the lounge.
i would absolutey recommend Best Friends Pet Care to anyone with animals of whom want the very best for them.
