As parents we were trying to guide our son in his GCSE optional subject choices as he was good at lots of things. It helped our son pin-point his strengths and weaknesses and areas to focus on with regards to choices, as he was very unsure about which GCSEs to pick.
The results were astounding and unusual and Laura went on to do a further in-depth analysis on our son to ascertain more detailed results. This showed us a clear reflection, using the PRISM system, of our son’s various abilities. I undertook an initial assessment through Aspire making use of the PRISM tools. This was very easy and Laura clearly explained the process to me.

Laura also provides a feedback session once the assessment is complete helping me to understand the output. As a result I decided that undertaking a 360 degree feedback report would be beneficial. Laura provided guidance as to whom I should consider for peer assessment (both colleagues and clients), and again the whole process was very smooth. The 360 degree feedback has helped identify areas, for me, where I have a difference in perception to that of my peers and clients.

The feedback session with Laura has helped me understand why there are these differences and ways I could improve. Laura’s additional skills as a coach and NLP practitioner certainly help in identifying ways for me to improve. An excellent and enlightening service.
