Ritual Beauty Expands Male Grooming to include Traditional Cut Throat Shaves

Now, more than ever, men are keen to look after themselves and their skin so the male grooming market is expanding rapidly.

It is not surprising that traditional cut throat shaves are becoming more popular again when you look at some statistics;

1) What made you want to branch out into offering cut throat shaves?

It is an incredible male treatment offered by no one else on the island and having witnessed the improvement to men's skin post treatment, I was really keen to introduce this to my menu.

2) Where did you do your training?

I did my training at the Gentry Grooming Company in Manchester.

45 minutes to one hour.

Facial Wash and Scrub, hot towels, 2 shaves, a cold towel and moisturiser.

6) Can you explain a little about the products you use for this treatment?

We use The Shave Doctor products for their unique range of high protection and 'paraben' free products which enhance and improve the way men have always shaved.

Facial Wash - This Face Wash Gel contains Lemon Tea Tree Oil which has a fresh, citrus scent that is revitalizing and uplifting.  It has anti-bacterial and tonic properties...It cleanses, refreshes, cools and stimulates.

"Ritual Beauty's wet shave was a great experience. I have never been for a shave at a barber with a "cut throat" blade, so I was apprehensive, but once I got there I knew I shouldn't be. Sarah put me at ease and started the treatment with hot towels to the face and some soothing oils. Once she had applied the foam and started, all my worries melted away and I relaxed into the treatment. Overall I was really impressed and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely go back for another and the following morning my skin feels re-juvenated and not at all sore".
