I first commissioned Andrew to do an EPC on my flat before I intended to sell, unaware at this point that he was also an agent. Then after an unsuccessful period of marketing with a leading estate agency, I took it off the market and changed my plans. Some weeks later I got a call from Andrew asking if I was still intending to sell the property since he knew of an interested buyer. From this point onwards everything happened incredibly smoothly and quickly - even more impressive since it was over the Christmas period. The buyer offered the full asking price after one viewing, and Andrew then liaised to move the process and negotiations along very well. I was very pleased that he took the initiative to get in touch after our initial meeting and very happy with every aspect of the service he provided. I have been let down and strung along by estate agents in the past and so it was refreshing to find someone in the business who actually delivered.
