The recently refurbished Little Pilates Studio has a professional reformer, split-pedal chair, resistance and stability equipment. Here you will find small classes that provide you with personalised instruction enabling you to get the most from your Pilates course that is not possible in larger groups. Alternatively you can choose the one-to-one sessions or the drop-in classes making it possible for you to practise Pilates at times that suit your schedule.
