Cinema Profile
Designed by Howard and Unick, The Greenwich Picturehouse formerly opened in 1989 as The Greenwich Cinema. After the cinema closure in 2002, City Screen intervened to save the building and transformed it into a five-screen venue, including a bar, two restaurants and a flexible basement screening area with its own lounge bar.
The Greenwich Picturehouse screens a wide range of films straddling independent, arthouse, world and classics cinema including some mainstream blockbusters.
Since its opening in September 2005, the cinema complex includes The Organic Tapas Company, serving a range of small dishes of fresh organic food from Spain, Italy, France and far beyond.

Venue Hire
The Greenwich Picturehouse has a wide range of facilities to suit your private hire and conferencing needs and the projection facilities are ideal for presentations, product launches, lectures, AGMs or business meetings.
Facilities for People with Disabilities
All areas of the building are accessible to customers with limited mobility. Guide dogs are welcome at the Greenwich Picturehouse. There is an induction loop in the Box Office and infrared facilities in all four screens and the basement Screening Room.
Necessary carers for customers with disabilities can request a free ticket, only subject to availability.
