Naturally, in this day and age, the PC is a vital tool in maintaining an efficient business. So when things go wrong it can prove quite distressing and COSTLY!!. We recently had an issue whilst upgrading our software whereby it inadvertantly left us with nothing but a blank screen. Obviously our first port of call to rectify the problem was the software provider. 4 days later after numerous telephone conversations and conference calls to America, we were none the wiser, neither was the manufacturer!
