As smeone who never believed they would use let alone enjoy using a gym I have to say that this is a great place.

I really enjoy the fact tha it is ladies only and the way the circuit works you can be sure you have had a complete body workout in a grea environment.
The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this gym to all women in Gravesend.
