The Grantham Deaf Children's Society is running a 'wedding dress day' culminating in a 3 course wedding dinner at the Ramada Hotel for just £25 per head.
The wedding dress day consists of anyone who wants to volunteer wearing their wedding dress all day long and being sponsored to do so. Men are welcome to spend the day as bride groom and children can take part as page boys and bridesmaids.
At the end of the day, 5:00pm for 6:00pm sit down, there will be a three course wedding dinner with drinks, entertainment, raffle and wedding cake at the Ramada Hotel.
All money raised will go towards deaf children in Grantham and Lincolnshire.
Children again will be more than welcome to come along, there will be a reduced price for children and child sized portions available.
GDCS are affiliated with the NDCS (registered charity) and are supported by LCC and SKC. The Grantham Deaf Children's Society provide support and information to deaf children and their families, running twice monthly get togethers (1st and 3rd Saturday of every month) at Swingbridge Children's Centre, Trent Road, Grantham. They are the only registered charity of this type in the whole of Lincolnshire.
