The CLA Game Fair & Luxury Pavilions
6th July 2012

For the first time ever, visitors to the CLA Game Fair will be able to enjoy a luxury pavilion as their base whilst visiting the huge annual country lifestyles show.

This year’s fair is at Belvoir Castle inear Grantham from 20th – 22nd July, includes the launch of The Lodge, a  luxury VIP pavilion sponsored by Land Rover and overlooking the main arena.  The upper tier has a panoramic terrace from where visitors can enjoy all the main arena displays and the lawn leading out from the pavilion provides the perfect environment for entertaining clients, friends and family, say organisers, who are tipping it to be the place to be to watch the military displays on the Friday evening, 20th July. It will have a relaxed country home feel with stunning furniture supplied by Brights of Nettlebed.

Preferential parking and a shuttle service provided by Range Rover are also on offer to ticket-holders, with an optional helicopter shuttle for those seeking a more elevated means of arrival.  Alana Burns at Atlas Helicopters is the contact for this 0800 328 0432.

Planned displays in the arena overlooked by the pavilion include the Flying Foxes side saddle display team and the Royal Army Physical Training Corps.

Breakfast will be served from 6.30am until 10am, lunch from 12pm until 2.30pm and afternoon tea from 3.30pm. Michelin starred chef Steven Saunders has designed the menu and is one of only 30 fellow master chefs of Great Britain. Owner-managed  caterers Aspire will be producing the food.

There will be a series of events in The Lodge over the weekend such as a drinks party with The Covert Girls and guest speakers who are experts in their field such as Helen Barbour. Stuart Price will also be doing a presentation on Game Fishing in the North West of Ireland. Personal shoppers will be on hand to guide guests through the myriad of stands spread over the 500 acre estate and to ensure that they find the specific areas of interest quickly and easily.

Visitors are being invited to give them their wish list - whether a Hardy’s rod, a Barbour jacket, a pair of Hunter boots or an antique Purdey 12 bore shotgun - and they will take them to the appropriate stands themselves. Personal shoppers can be booked in advance.

I would really love you to come and see and experience The Lodge at the Game Fair this year. We are hoping it to be a huge success, fingers crossed!

It will be a really good family and friends day out but you could also use is for corporate entertainment. I would really appreciate it if you could pass it on to as many people as you can and please spread the word and start booking!
