Just wanted to say thank you so much for making me feel so welcome yesterday for my pre-holiday Spa day. Coming alone and never having had many of the treatments before I was anxious when I arrive. No need as all of you were so chilled and yet always professional and made me feel so welcome. Pedicure to start then colonic, both my first time. Kathryne was so patient with me as i kept smudging my nails moving around but she took the time to fix my smudges. I wasnt too sure I liked the french manicure when I left the salon, and me being plain speaking me said so. This however was no reflection on Kathryne as she did the job as a professional. However after waking this morning and having gotten used to my nails, (and a bit of personal filing last night), I can say I absolutely now love them.The colonic was a strange experience and I have had serious wind since (to be expected as I was advised) but this morning I felt on cloud nine and so so smiley. I have lost that uncomfortable bloated feeling I get from time to time. I cant remember the therapist that did my colonic (irish) but she too was amazing in her knowledge and advised me on my diet acknowledging that some of the good foods I choose are in fact not good for me, so I will now be changing my diet too, and as advised drinking lots more plain old water and no sugar fruit drinks or the off the shelf probiotic drinks I 'used' to have. I have had hundreds of contour wraps throughout my life and I can honestly say that the one I had there was the best. I lost ten inches all told, especially in my problem areas, so I will now be able to wear my little black number on the cruise I am starting this Sunday, and now without any bits popping out, so then I wont be constantly adjusting myself :) My hair looked and feeled amazing as Louise knows her stuff and recommended further treatments for my unruly curly hair. Hope I've mentioned everyone who I saw and a big big thanks to all again for making me feel at home.

New website is brilliant - have emailed a link to all my friends! Staff are ALWAYS superb, and happy to go extra mile for everybody/anybody. Haven't tried any food on the new menu - but the smoothies are to die for!

I had a fabulous time here. I booked a pedicure which has to be the best I have ever had. And then I had a manicure. I had a wonderful Sunday morning and a glass of champagne!
