On Sunday 8th of January we were married at The Priory, Market place Grantham.
We chose this venue last September. We met Victoria the wedding co-ordinator and were instantly made to feel comfortable and confident in both the venue and the organisation.
The building is really special - truly a hidden gem in our town.
Our wedding was a very intimate and family orientated day and from start to finish Victoria and also Sue Hodgson ( the proprieter) were always brilliantly organised and made us feel that our day would be magical, and they absolutely fulfilled our expectations.
Writing this two days after our wedding all we can say is that the whole day was perfect. We are hugely grateful to Sue, Victoria and all the staff who looked after all of our guests beautifully - everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and all would recommend The Priory as a perfect place to host an intimate wedding

I stumbled across the Priory Business Venue in August and I think this ‘stumble’ remains one of my best yet! The service that both Sue and Victoria have provided us with has been absolutely superb and they are always so helpful and accommodating in our requests. Both Sue and Victoria share the ethos of the Woodland Trust and as we wish to find local facilities and services that we can utilise to ensure our carbon footprint is kept to a minimum, they look to provide a local service with locally sourced produce and even home made cakes (which are amazing!) The venue itself is really flexible in it’s uses. We have run both ‘cabaret’ style meetings and ‘board room’ style and both work really well. The Library downstairs makes a great meeting room for more informal sessions and again we have utilised this and been spoiled rotten with wonderful cake whilst brainstorming in beautiful surroundings. We would recommend this venue whole heartedly to anyone looking for a great space to meet and entertain others and the service received is second to none.
