The Priory offers businesses and individuals an elegant venue and sophisticated service, combined with professionalism and flexibility.


The grand function rooms include an Edwardian-style boardroom for events up to ten people and a seminar room, providing a larger venue for up to 36 people.


Carefully selected caterers can provide you with a choice of catering, from simple buffets through to fine dining. There's even the option of having background music played by a variety of live musicians, to give your events exactly the ambience you desire.

 


The Venue


The Priory is a Grade II listed Georgian detached property, set in the heart of the old market town of Grantham. The 18th century building is set in its own private gardens, complete with the feature of its own medieval folly. These beautiful gardens give space and peace for quiet reflection after a busy meeting or the ideal choice for something more formal, such as a drinks reception. The grounds are secluded and provide the perfect setting for summer receptions, with the backdrop of a stunning building. With on-site parking and ample public parking close by, you and your guests can access the venue with ease.

Facilities can be hired by the hour, half day or daily rate. Whole of venue packages are also available, so you have exclusive use of all our facilities.

 


The Boardroom will provide you with the peacefulness of Edwardian elegance, seated around a beautifully polished mahogany table. A flexible room, suitable for meetings and intimate private dining events. The internet is fully accessible in this room to help you run your meeting smoothly.

 

The Lounge is suitable for informal meetings and receptions. This room is perfect to meet and chat with colleagues in a quite setting over coffee and enjoy the views over the gardens and folly. Tea, coffee and other light refreshments can be served in this room to enhance your occasion and improve your comfort.

 

 

Interview room/Hot desk is furnished simply for one on one meetings and private work; this room is perfect for those meetings that need to be conducted 'off site' or if you just want quiet space to work. Mostly suited for hourly or half-day usage, this room is an ideal hot desk in the middle of town.

 


The Seminar suite is a larger room that has a variety of functions, and is fully adaptable to your needs. Larger meetings, Seminars, conferences and dining events can all be accommodated in this function room, with a maximum capacity of 36. The suite boasts free, unlimited Wi-Fi, LCD projector and screen, together with a stereo sound system.
