I've been exercising at Oceans for just over a year now and in that time I've lost over 11/2 stone in weight. As a result I'm much happier about the way I look, I've got bags of energy and am more confidnet as a person. The biggest surprise for me was how much I came to really enjoy the exercise when previously it would been something I would dread.....

Never been an exercise-freak so joined Oceans not really believing I would ever enjoy the gym or keep it up. Have to say the staff, without exception, are superb. Friendly, efficient, polite, knowledgeable. Reception always greet you on arrival and on departure. The gym instructor managed to devise an exercise regime that Iʼve actually stuck to - a miracle! Cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a gym or health club!
