M Kara Building Services in Grantham did an excellent job fixing a ventilation problem in our master bedroom, as well as fixing the heating unit in our guest bedroom. Always very polite and thorough, we will definitely be using them again for future projects.

He has always been very professional and timely with myself and my clients and the quality of his workmanship is of a very high standard. Jobs have included - Fixing major leaks in bathrooms, tiling, assessing damp and much more. I would highly recommend this company.
I called Mo out as an emergency call to my in-laws on Sunday. He was in Nottingham visiting relatives. As soon as he got back he turned up, in his suit (very impressive) assessed the problem, gave a price there and then and came back the next day to fix the leaks. There was more to be done which he did at no additional cost. He left after giving some recommendations.All I can say is wow, such good customer service needs praising and is rare. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We will be definitley using him again when we have any sort of building work needing doing.
I hired Mo through recommendation and I was extremely impressed with the quality and standard of workmanship. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. I have employed Mo on a number of jobs in my house from painting and decorating to fitting wardrobes, plumbing, you name it Mo can do it!!! I would and have recommended him.

Mo was asked to plaster our 'nursery' ceiling after a well meaning friend tried to help us. I truly wish I never let the friend though the door as he made a complete and utter hash of my ceiling through not having a clue what he was undertaking! My 3 year old could have made less mess believe me.I showed Mo the task in hand and although he was shocked he wasn't fazed by the amount of work required. Mo talked me through all of the options available to us thoroughly and set to work quickly. The job itself was much more than anyone had planned or hoped for but still this didn't faze him. I now have a beautiful, professionally plastered ceiling just waiting to be decorated. Perfect for our little prince who is due very shortly.Mo is a very polite, hardworking and thorough tradesman. I have made sure that I have saved his phone number as when more funds are available I will be sure to call on him again...Not our well meaning 'friend'!Thank you again for coming to my rescue Mo!
M Kara built a curved stone wall around my large fish pond and walls to the side and back, which included a stone top wide enough to sit on. I explained the basic idea of what I wanted it to look like, he then drew some sketches and discussed further ways to improve on my original plan and then explained the most cost effective way to do it. After the final idea and price were agreed upon, he came back in less than a week and built all the walls, and then also cut and attached slate around the top of the fish pond and arranged a feature circle of slabs in my front garden. Mr Kara was polite at all times and completed the work quickly, leaving the area clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend his services to others.
I have had some gardening renovation done by Mr Kara, a brilliant job, and he even did some little jobs for me, no job too small, he was every kind friendly and the work was excellent, so was the price, thank you Mr Kara,
On the day I moved house, Mo came and put together mine and my daughters bedroom furniture. The furniture had previously been taken apart and flat packed. With no instructions needed, Mo quickly and sturdily rebuilt all the furniture, repairing broken bits and replacing parts that had got lost in the move. I was very impressed by the way Mo worked quietly and efficiently in the middle of a very chaotic and noisy environment.
Mo plastered a wall were we had had a damp problem. He thoroughly examined to ensure the damp problem had been resolved and clearly explained the work required. An excellent quote was followed by a quick start and timely completion of the work, which was completed to a very high standard. Will definitely be using M Kara services again. Thank you.

We have used Mo twice now and both times found him approachable, knowledgable and skilled. On the first occasion he built a kitchen extension and study. Recently he renovated an old house for us which included replastering throughout and refitting a bathroom, kitchen and utility room. Whilst we had our own ideas on what was to be achieved he contributed many good suggestions and the project proceeded with this partnership approach with the result being a better job than we could reasonably have hoped at the start. Should the need arise we would have no hesitation in using him again and recommend him to others.
