First let me start by describing the service itself! Upon walking into Gerards, you are immediately welcomed by the receptionist and booked in quickly and efficiently! The ambience of the salon is very welcoming and relaxing! Nothing is too much trouble! Upon being greeted by your stylist, a thorough consultation takes place, enabling the stylist to know exactly what you require and assistance if unsure! The staff are very helpful and above all very professional! A drink is then offered prior to and during the service! Now to my stylist! Becky, is a wonderful, warm and very helpful senior stylist, specialising in colour & cut, with many years of experience, even though she is only 29! She is very thorough, conscientious and dedicated to her clients, a list of which is very long! I thorough enjoy my regular visits to Gerards and will continue to do so in the future! Jennifer
I was lucky enough to win, one of your stylist to style my hair, her name was Charlie, she is an artist. She cut my hair so that the wind could blow and the style would still stay.
