After buying refreshments I enquired how I could apply for a free cup of coffee as I had a privilege card. I was told that I had to get a voucher first before coming to the till, but it was no problem as Jane ran down and got me a voucher and returned to my table with a refund! I could not believe it as I was expecting to do it the next time I visited. I enjoyed my coffee even more!!
