Just received the Christmas Card and 2012 preview brochure, as always lots of great choice, making up our minds is the difficult part, but have picked out our probable holiday breaks for 2012. I am currently trying to arrange a surprise for my mother, and have just been in touch with A & P Tours, as one of their trips looked particularly interesting. Unfortunately, this was full, other people obviously had the same idea! But I just wanted to say having spoken to Laura, how impressed I am with their friendliness, knowledge and overall excellent customer service! Nothing too much trouble for her and I would not hesitate in booking a trip through A & P Tours!
