~ Banh Cuon (Vietnamese dumplings, lusciously filled with minced pork and mushrooms)

~ Bo Luc Lac (Shaky beef - sweet, sour, tangy wok-tossed beef)

~ Chim Cut Uop Voi Mat Ong (tender quails marinated in honey)

~ Chuoi Chien (banana fritters - crispy on the outside, warm, sweet and fragrant on the inside!)
