Only second hand goods to be sold
no new goods including redundant stock, catelogue returns, end of lines or surplus stocks to be sold
not to permit the sale of conterfeit or stolen goods, laser pens, combat knives, swords or firearms - beit commissioned, decommissioned or replica.
not to permit any van or lorry exceeding 35cwt in weight, any ice cream van, any general purpose catering can or permit any market trader to sell commercially prepared food.
