Walks With Hawks offers you the opportunity to spend time in the Cotswold countryside with magnificent birds of prey. If you are interested in falconry, owls or just curious and want to find out more about these stunning birds, read on.
Walks With Hawks began in 2001 and is run by people who are simply passionate about what they do. They offer a range of experiences in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside near Cheltenham where you can spend time with, handle and fly a variety of Birds of Prey including hawks and owls. Choose from Birds of Prey Experiences, Hawk Walks and Owl Experiences. All are run by professional, experienced falconers who will ensure your visit is something you will treasure and remember.
Hawk Walks make a great introduction to the ancient art of falconry. On arrival you will be introduced to the birds and taught a few essential skills. The walk takes you through the rolling Cotswold countryside with the birds following and landing on your gloved fist. If you adore Owls, the Owl Experience is a must as you learn to handle and fly a variety of different owls and learn about these wonderful birds.
Walks With Hawks also offer a unique experience to learn about how birds of prey hunt. These are not for the squeamish as you witness the birds hunting, and you must be over 14, but they are an amazing way to understand more about these natural predators.
Any of the Birds of Prey adventures make great gift experiences and gift vouchers are available which are valid for a year. There is also a gift range including mugs and T Shirts. If you are looking for something different in the way of corporate entertaining, Walks With Hawks are more than happy to tailor an experience around your needs.
Walks With Hawks believe passionately in helping people learn about birds of prey and the need to protect and conserve them for the future. They are happy to arrange some of their walks and experiences for children's activities and parties and will also visit schools and clubs with a selection of birds. They can adjust and tailor their visit to age and curriculum requirements.

Clare from the Walks With Hawks also spends three days a week at Centre Parks at Longleat running falconry demonstrations and owl experiences so you know when you Walk With Hawks you're walking with the best in the business.
