Sam is fantastic, friendly and professional. She is so tentative to what you want out of your booking, even down to humouring me for quite some time while I chose a nail varnish colour! Sam remembers our previous conversations, showing she cares, but always maintains professional service. Sam has now become my regular beautician, and I cannot see that changing for as long as I'm in Gloucester!!

I used to use a local salon but after a while I felt I was just another customer. Sam was recommended to me by a work colleague and I have never looked back. From the start she made me feel very welcome , comfortable and at ease. Sam's treatment room is so cosy that you are relaxed as soon as you enter, and I'm always treated with warmth and respect. Sam is very conscientious and if she is not happy with the treatment she will re-do until she is happy with the result. I highly recommend "therapy Skin treatment centre" to anyone that is looking for "That Special Touch".

Just a note to thank you for recommending the non-surgical face lift - I am truly amazed with the results. My facial lines have become finer and my skin has a firmer, more toned appearance. My family and friends have commented on my healthy glow and say I look years younger. I think the "before" and "after" photographs prove just how effective this treatment is.
Who needs the knife?? Not me!

About 3 years ago my massage therapist moved out of the area and I was at a loss as to where to go to continue my treatment. After searching the internet I spotted an address near by. My wife made an appointment for me with Sam explaining that I suffer from Parkinsons Disease and that massage often helps stimulate nerve endings and can improve my mobility.
A few days later I was standing on the door step of number 65 feeling slightly nervous and apprehensive at meeting someone for the first time. I need not have worried. Sam greeted me with a smile and put me at ease immediately.
I always look forward to my appointment. Sam is friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

I have used Dermalogica products for a long time with excellent results. Whatever my skin problems, there has been a product in the range that has resolved them.
I know that I am a demanding customer, but I must say that Sam at "therapy" has been great. Her professionalism, attention to detail and product knowledge is faultless. I have been very pleased with her treatments and her advice. She is also friendly, approachable and skilled at putting you at ease.
