YES! YES! YES! After being told that my specs could take up to 3 weeks I was told they would be treated as an emergency because I had no others. This was on 08/09/11. I was amazed and overjoyed when on 11/09/11 I had a phone call to tell me they were ready! I thank everyone for an exemplary service.

Recently went into specsavers for the first time.
I was amazed at how great the service was,the shop was really busy however the staff were so friendly and helpful...then to top it all I had the most amazing value for money... 2 pairs of designer glasses...and I only had to pay for one. And the price I paid was the price on the frame... I did not pay extra for my lenses!!!
