Very knowledge salesman, took time to explain about the various stones/gems how they are sourced. Not hassled whilst looking but very willing to assist. Good presentation. A very enjoyable shopping experience. The pendant I purchased has been much admired and I would recommend the shop to anybody.

The service we received from Silver Town was excellent. The lady was very helpful towards my husband when he purchased my birthday present. Unfortunately it was'nt the correct item and I took it back and exchanged it. There was no hassle and it was exchanged straight away. Which makes a change in this day and age.
