I wanted some existing laminate flooring removed from my hall because it was ill fitting and had obviously be laid on what Simon discovered was an uneven and substandard floor. I also wanted a new carpet on the stairs and landing to complement the new laminate floor.Simon provided excellent advice and materials and quoted a very competitive price for the job. On the day the work was due to commence a pipe under the landing floorboards burst and caused substanial disruption. Simon and his team helped with the mopping up operations and put measures in place to prevent an escalation of the problem. The team subsequently rectified the flooring problems in the hallway and the carpet and laminate floor has now been fitted.My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work and would recommend Simon and his team without hesitation.The price remained as quoted and the additional personal touches provided were excellent.

Simon and the youn man who worked with him (sorry can't remember his name!) were both pleasant and thorough. They worked well together without wasting time.
