We have bought several times through Power Point, and have had older appliances repaired by them. They are always prompt, polite and helpful, going well beyond the norm in finding solutions. The olny time they failed to repair something was a washing machine I bought second hand from them 14 years before, but they did a really good deal on a new one. We'd never use anyone else, but we miss them being in Hucclecote!

Saw Power Point advertised, there response was quick, they told me someone would call the next day around 10am to repair the washing machine. They were there within 1/2 hour of that time with a polite helpful attitude and job repaired quickly with no mess. Would highly recommend.
