When looking for a garage to service my car I came across one on the outskirts of Gloucester on the Waterwells Site just of Junction 12 of the motorway. What great service I was offered from all the staff members at NTM Services, Excellent customer service and even more important an excellent service to my vehicle. I have found this garage to be always very helpful and because of this have informed my family and friends and had my car serviced there twice in two years.

NTM services are the best garage in Gloucester, the staff are very friendly and helpful. All work that is done on your car is to the highest standards. Any work that needs to be done is explained to you before they start.
If transport is required they have cars for you to use, all spotless.
the bills are very easy to understand.
Would reconmend everyone to use NTM services.

Car went in for MOT. Fail notice issued. For small leak on brake pipe fitting. Fault was fixed and brake fluid topped up. No extra charge on £35 MOT. Pass certificate issued. Nice to see a garage not 'ripping you off' will be taking my other car to NTM.

I used ntm services for the first time in august 2010.I found them not only extremely helpful but also good value for money.My car lost the use of it's clutch and I had to leave it on the side of the road.They recovered it
promptly and free of charge.and the repairs were 1st class. I will certainly be using them in the future for repairs,services and M O T s .

Toyota Experts. Super garage. 1st class workmanship. Very fair prices. Trustworthy and honest. A Rare find! Can thoroughly recomend. From Japanese super cars to family shoppers. They do them all. My car needed a big service and cambelt change. They quoted the actual recommended time for the job, stuck to it and did a fantastic job. I had already been to 5 other garages- they quoted up to 3 times the recommended time for the job. Top Guys!
