I found the service excellent from beginning to end. The lady in the shop was friendly and arranged for the person to do the quote at my convenience. Likewise, the vinyl was laid at a time convenient to me. Everyone was friendly, helpful and the floor was expertly laid. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very efficient work carried out ... arrived promptly on time, work carried out with very little disturbance. All off cuts and old carpet taken away. Woud definitely recommend Kingfisher to anyone!!

Excellent job, they altered doors for us and helped put furniture back. Nice guys. Better sstill, the price was better than anywhere else. They were recommended to us by friends and glad they did! Even my husbands great uncle (age 94) has had carpet fitted and they were so kind to him putting his bed back and again the altered the doors for him. TOP JOB!!!!

From measuring the area at the start, to choosing the carpet,to advice on what would be best for the room, then on to arranging an appointment for laying was all done with considerable ease and expertise.On the day of laying all we had to do was move a few breakables. We then watched as the old carpet was removed, the furniture moved, and the new flooring layed with very pleasing results.
The last thing we had to do was pay a very reasonable bill. Well done Kingfisher Flooring!
No doubt we shall be using them again.

Two young men arrived to do the job. Arriving on time which is unusal in this day and age, they both did a very professional job and took no time at all putting the flooring down, after which they proceeded to clean up after themselves. A frist class job - thank you.

I should like to thank you for the way in which you carried out the work of tiling my bathroom floor. From my request for a quote to the finished job - a visit a few days later to measure up and choose the tiles - to the choice of dates for completion. The tiler arrived, was so business like and transformed my floor to perfection. I am delighted with the transformation.

I have just had a laminate floor laid by Kingfisher Flooring with excellent results. It was a friendly, efficient experience from beginning to end. I would recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

On Monday morning we called into their shop in Salisbury Avenue, Cheltenham and looked through books of vinyl flooring and took 2 books home with us. We rang lunchtime and said we had made a decision. It was arranged for a fitter to call after 4pm, measure and take backthe books. He phoned through the order and arranged to fit 11am the next morning. He made a good job of it and we couldn't have received any better service!!

Excellent from choosing the carpet, ordering it and having it fitted. Great choice of carpet and very helpful in helping us choose. No delay in getting it fitted and they did a very professional job. The room is transformed. Will definitely be going back when we look at replacing other carpet.

Kingfisher Flooring fitted complete upstairs carpets including stairs when we renovated our new house. Very professional and flexible, even came back at a later date to lay one room we hadn't finished decorating. Great choice of carpets and flooring.

We went into the shop and were allowed to borrow some carpet swatches. The next day (Saturday) we had a visit and a quotation was done. We paid the deposit two days later. Within one week the carpet was laid (only took one and a half hours). Excellent service and the carpet looks brilliant. They cleared up any waste carpet and also vacuumed the new carpet. We will definitely buy from this shop again. *****

Excellent, efficient and speedy service from initial telephone enquiry to mesuring and sample selection, through to fitting. I loved being able to organise everthing in my own home. No chasing from shop to shop. Andy is a credit and a great ambassador for the company and I will definitely be using Kingfisher again very soon.
