Here's how it works:
- You can self-refer or come to HQCC via your GP.
- You will be thoroughly assessed before any treatment to ensure the right frequency and type of chiropractic or massage treatment required.
- You may feel a little tired after each session - that's to be expected - but the overall feeling of relief from pain will grow and grow.
- Once you have had your full course of treatments, you will be encouraged to go on exercising and working to manage your condition and stay as pain-free as possible.

Always feel so much better after a treatment from Anna. Anna is very professional and friendly. Anna gives lots of advice on exercises to do between treatments which help a lot.

This is a wonderful clinic, where from the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed and in very good hands. Staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I didn't know chiropractors could treat so many conditions! I have seen Anna a number of times for treatment, normally after sporting injuries. Anna is quick to get to the route of the problem. I find it fascinating how Anna gives insight into why injuries occured. She has deep knowledge and understanding of the human body. I always leave feeling valued and better.
