We have been using the KHAR service since our move to new offices in Gloucester in 2010. In that time there have been 2 activations dealt with promptly and efficiently by Glevum. Following an overnight activation there is an email in my tray in the morning detailing the event, the response and any problems or issues identified. The best thing about the service though is knowing that I can have a glass of wine in the evening without worring about a call out. Highly recommended given the low cost.Will, Gloucester
