What an absolute perfect service from start to finish. Ali is the perfect host and is THE most helpful and friendly lady I have ever met. I had previously been to 8 or 10 other shops and I am so glad I went with Cotswold Bride. Ali made me feel so special and was so helpful and welcoming with my bridesmaids and everyone else involved. Nothing was too much trouble – she even kept my wedding dress in perfect condition for me prior to my wedding. The whole experience at Cotswold Bride was fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The environment is just perfect and the alteration service is just amazing– everything went so smoothly. Also on my final fitting of my wedding dress Ali arranged for my make up to be done (which was totally FREE!) so I could fully appreciate how I would look on my special day.
