Neil visited at the pre arranged time and listened to our needs and he discussed with us all the options and then provided a well laid out and reasonable quote for the agreed work.
Due to the efficient, courteous and polite manner of this initial approach, and that he put the customer’s needs first we employed them for our project.
On commencement of the work Neil again was prompt. He was exceptionally tidy and insisted on protecting the flooring to and from the work area. The work was carried out to a very high standard and within the agreed timescale. At the end of each working day the work area was always cleaned and the house left tidy.
The result of the work carried out has left us with a warmer and draught free bedroom.
