Hello! I visited today with my three young children, my sister and her small daughter. We were really impressed with the model village and the railway. The whole area is so well kept and the attention to detail in the models is amazing! We thought that the cafe offered good value for money, unlike so many places with a captive audience, and that the playground was brilliant fun. We also really enjoyed the light railway. Simply the best cakes! Delicious cakes that are so light and beautifully decorated. I had met Bob & Kat at The Beaconsfield Business Showcase in Novbember where we had adjoining stands, so I was lucky enough to have sampled many of their delicious treats.... When I needed a desert or cake at the very last minute this New Year's eve, I called them for help, hoping to call into their shop & buy anything they may have had left over..... Instead, Bob & Kat made me a 'dream Lemon Mousse cake' for a party that evening with very short notice. It was a mad dash to Cookham after work and I got back just in time to get to our party at a friends house who were all amazed at their kindness but more importantly-the taste, flavour & beauty of their desert. I should have taken a photograph, but by the time I had thought about it-we had eaten most of it, with almost everyone having 'seconds' I can't thank them or recommend highly enough. Jan Wolfenden.

I loved bootcamp! Very hard work and painful at times but totally enjoyable. The team games on the last day were the best of the lot, the worst was the awful shark thing - killer! My fitness levels are much improved, I have more stamina now and can do full press ups - couldn't even do one at the beginning. I have lost inches as well, even though I haven't measured I know my clothes are baggy now, and I've lost 5 pounds in weight and also reduced my body fat percentage. I'm tired due to the early mornings and constant exercise but I think I will feel the benefits after having a rest. My lap times have improved and I have a great sense of achievement! I would do bootcamp again but not for a little while ;o) and I would definitely recommend it to my friends now. The level of training is very good as you gave alternatives and you pushed us but never pushed too hard.
