I stayed at your hotel last Friday night. I had a really pleasant stay and was unable to fill out a suggestions form as I ran out of time and forgot. I want to mention that I had a very comfortable stay and particularly want to mention how extremely helpful and lovely your housekeeping supervisor J G Stewart was to me. I inadvertently left an item behind and she was so helpful efficient and extremely nice. I should add that the staff were all really excellent.
We just wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for all of your help in making sure we had a superb wedding. *Coordination The co-ordination was brilliant, everything ran really smoothly and there were no issues. It was a very well rehearsed and co-ordinated team. Thank you to Sadia and Thomas who made sure we had everything we needed and ensured everything was delivered on time including any dietary requirements, which were understood and catered for. *Catering The food was of excellent standard. After the pre-wedding tasting session, we had requested a few extras and everything was as requested. Really impressed with the food and everyone commented on how good it was. Thank you to the chefs! *Service 10/10 for service, very efficient, quick and no messing about. This made the meal which can sometimes be the most difficult part of the whole day, run as smoothly as one can possibly imagine. Thank you very much to a dedicated team of waiters and waitresses. I would like to give a special mention to the head waiter as he in particular did a superb job making sure everyone was happy (including the special dietary requirements). *Suppliers Event Perfect were very efficient. We had a couple of meetings beforehand to decide what we wanted and we were most impressed with the outcome. The decorations added that extra dimension to the room and really finished it all off to a very high standard. *Overall Quality Absolutely brilliant, thanks for making it a perfect day and giving us nothing to worry about. A belated but BIG thank you to everyone involved at the BellHouse Hotel for re-organising the Joiner party nite that was postponed until 15 January. We were so disappointed that the snow stalled the event, but grateful that you decided to go ahead at a later date. My friends and I really enjoyed the evening - the food was fabulous and the customer service was excellent - we couldn't have wished for more! We had the chance to re-kindle the spirit of Christmas with all the decorations, music and food that was laid on for us. The Beaconsfield and Chiltern Luncheon Club meets at The Bellhouse Hotel eight times a year, on the first Monday of the month in October, November, December, February, March, April, May and June (unless there is a Bank Holiday, when the date is moved back a week to the second Monday). In my role as Honorary Luncheon Secretary for the past few years, I have met with unfailing courtesy and helpfulness from the Sales Office personnel and the entire Banqueting team. No change of numbers or special diet request is queried or greeted with anything other than a positive âcan doâ attitude. Great care is taken by the Chef to ensure that interesting, tasty and varied menus are served at each Luncheon; and the dining room service is of a consistently good quality. Finally, the invoices are always accurate! It is a pleasure dealing with all the staff at The Bellhouse Hotel.
