With a range of exercise classes and training specifically designed for women, Fit for a Princess offers you the chance to change your body shape and enjoy a fun workout at the same time. Even better, you can choose to join in with other women and complete the exercises outside, or if time is short, you can complete the same exercises after downloading them from the Fit for a Princess website.

 

At Fit for a Princess you will find women from every walk of life - novice, fit, super-fit, mums-to-be, a new mums and grandmas - all of whom are enjoying an amazing workout. Karen Haley runs Fit for a Princess in Beaconsfield and has been teaching fitness for over 20 years. With a great love of the outdoors you will be inspired by Karen's teaching and enjoy the workouts whether the weather be hot, or whether the weather be cold! Karen runs the following classes:

 

Fit for a Fiver

 

Fit for a Fiver sessions give all those princesses that love a good deal the chance to enjoy a mixture of exercises on Saturday mornings. Bookings are not required; all you need to do is simply turn up (double your fun and bring a friend!) with a mat or towel and a bottle of water, let your hair down ready and get the weekend off to a fabulous start.

 

Group Outdoor Workouts

Group Outdoor Workouts provide an hour-long workout using a combination of exercises designed to increase your strength and improve your shape all over body. Working with a group of other princesses you will enjoy:

 

  • Warm ups
  • Cardio drills
  • Squat/lunge combos
  • Cardio conditioning
  • Kick boxing combos
  • Arm & ab workouts
  • Team games
  • Stretch

Jog Squad

 

Jog Squad is open to you regardless of whether you are a beginner or long distance endurance runner, Through a combination of interval training and cardio moves coupled with lots of fun and laughs you will build up cardio fitness and enjoy a great workout.

 

Interval training boosts fitness levels by blending sprint where you need to step outside your comfort zone and push yourself to your limit, with recovery periods. This does two things:

 

  • Helps to make this type of training more manageable
  • Maximises post metabolism burn i.e. you burn more calories after your workout

Bootcamps

 

Whatever your mission - to slip into a gorgeous little black dress or a new bikini, Bootcamps hosted by Fit for a Princess can help. Spread over the course of two weeks, with Sundays off for good behaviour, these routines will not only help to increase inch loss, but also change your shape and just as importantly increase your fitness levels. The beauty of Bootcamps is that you will be surrounded by like-minded princesses and the infectious enthusiasm will have you laughing and enjoying every step, lunge, crunch and stretch. Karen's Bootcamps welcome ladies of all ages, size and ability.

 

Can't come out to play?
