Dracom builders took the trouble to return my calls and follow up with a site visit unlike others I found through an internet search engine. I would recommend them to anyone because all aspects of the conversion were handled by Dracom. The guys on the site were helpful in explaining everything that was being done and why. This made following the work easy to understand. The site was always kept tidy and the finished result is to a high standard!

Using an internet search we found Dracom and three other garage conversion companies. We chose Dracom based on the approach they adopted when they came to measure up the garage and the price. We would recommend Dracom because we had an excellent experience with them and would definately use them again for further building works. Any issues that arose were dealt with head on and to full satisfaction. We have recently had our house valued and the estate agent commented that he had not seen a garage conversion built to a higher spec saying, "you would not even know it was a conversion"!

We looked on the internet for loft conversions and we did consider two other builders but we went with Dracom because they were friendly, efficient and punctual. Their quote was also one of the lowest. I would recommend Dracom to others. We had no real issues with the build and are very happy with the results. All went very smoothly. Mark the builder, and his team, were excellent and very approachable and we had no major problems throughout the build.
