Steve Johnson provided a quite outstanding service when he created a new kitchen for me. I was particularly impressed with the speed, effieciency, accuracy and quality of his initial design and with the presentation package. He listened closely to my instructions and carried out my requirements to perfection. He did not quibble about changes I made to certain aspects of the installation after the work had begun but simply informed his contractors about the alterations and adjusted the price accordingly. The work progressed fairly smoothly although, through no fault of his own, he was let down by one or two of his contractors who failed to appear at the appointed time due to illness. However, he did all in his power to speed the process along and, although it took a little longer than expected, adequate progress was made. The standard of workmanship of the contractors he appointed is of the highest order and I am absolutely delighted with the finished product. I cannot praise the service provided by Chalfont Kitchens and bedrooms highly enough.
