Euphoria offers Alternative Therapy treatments and  is based in Ryton, Gateshead. As a therapist, Dee Twentyman is fully trained in a range of natural, alternative therapies and can offer advice on the most appropriate for you. She also runs a range of Alternative Therapy workshops

Treatments on offer to residents of Gateshead and surrounding area consist of:

• Aromatherapy massage which can be very relaxing or stimulating, depending on the oils used. Each essential oil has its own distinctive character. They are natural and have proven therapeutic benefits

• Reflexology is a powerful natural therapy and is excellent for counteracting stresses and tensions of modern life. This ancient practice is a completely safe and non-invasive treatment and works by applying pressure on reflex points of the hands and/or feet

• Swedish massage is a treatment specifically designed to relax muscles, increase the flow of oxygen and release toxins. As it increases circulation without increasing the load on the heart it brings with it safe health benefits. There are many massage techniques used in a treatment session, all flow in the same direction as blood flowing to the heart

• Crystal healing is an alternative therapy of which no one is truly certain how it heals. Never the less, healing does take place when crystals are present. For this to be successful, you need to be aligned with your own crystals and it is because of this that Dee runs workshops and gives advice on crystal healing
