The drivers are always dressed very smart and polite. They have a good system in process where they can find you for a pickup from any obscure place which you have trouble trying to describe.
Weʼd always used Dean Taxiʼs as our business account in my last place of work and found them excellent, and since moving to Gateshead a few months ago, I now never use any other taxi company. The drivers are reliable, safe and friendly and we frequently ʼput the world to rightsʼ int he back of a Dean cab. They are on time 99.9% of the time and are reasonably priced for the level of service you get from them.
I used Dean Taxis a few weeks ago for a birthday celebration and found them to be extremely helpful. The pick up was for six people with the seventh person to be picked up an hour later from work. The booking also included a return journey for the end of the evening. The whole evening went without a hitch. The taxis were bang on time and exactly what I had asked for, and the drivers friendly and chatty. All in all, a great service
