Peter is owner and head chef at The Ugly Duckling and his philosophy is to offer local food simply cooked and where possible they will offer local seasonal produce.
As well as selected menus, Peter and the team are also able to offer a bespoke service especially for you, taking into account any dietary requirements or favourite dishes that you might have.
